Service Dept is great. Steve mechanic is honest and does pro work. Stands behind it. The rest of the guys are very good at what they do you have to remember that they are not used car salespeople in slick digs. They don't sit around waiting on the next potentail victim to wander in off the street.If you are a newbie looking to buy from a slickster, then maybe you should hit Hinshaws, but if your the seasoned hard core sledder needing some serious work or advice, then you come here. Not to bash Hinshaws, they are all great guys, but they are commissioned reps, not true off-road riders/sledders. Hinshaws service dept does rock though. Better than RMC by far, but most everything beats RMC anyways. Bunch of thieves.
