I really wanted to leave a review unfortunately I had to select one star, too bad I couldnt choice zero stars. Chris was terrible he came over to fix my oven and diagnosed the problem, he said it was my DSI board. Chris told me to buy the DSI board from repair clinic for $260.00 and he would install it for me when it came in for $140.00, so thats what I did. However, when the part came in Chris was no where to be found. I called him and texted him to set up an appointment but he never responded back to me. Eventually I gave up and had to call another appliance repair person out to my home. This person diagnosed the problem within minutes and said it was a gas valve issue and fixed my oven. So basically I would never recommend using Chris not only did he diagnose the problem incorrectly he never called me back, after he told me to buy an expensive part and said he would install it when it came in!

Our dryer all of a sudden stopped heating yesterday so my wife called Alpha Omega Appliance Service this morning right as they opened and spoke with Chris. Chris was amazing! He came out today at 11am, diagnosed and fixed the issue all by 2pm! He was knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I will definately be using him in the future for any other appliance repairs we may need. Thank you Chris!
