Tri-Med Ambulance

The service was fine, but they took the opposite and much longer way to the hospital - I left when they did and they arrived 10 minutes after me. This is reflected in their billing so that's not cool.

Tri-Med took excellent care of me during 1 minute ride from Multicare Covington Heart Institute to Multicare ER Covington which is basically next building ... LOL. They billed my insurance $1000+ for the service. I had hypotension after stress test, I was feeling little dizzy but was totally aware of what was happening there. I’m not a medical person to judge the decision to dispatch me to ER on an ambulance for the condition I was in, but I’m thankful to be alive. ER billed $10k+ to my insurance for couple of saline bottles they put me on and few test ordered in ER. This explains why health insurance costs so much in our country.

Absolutely satisfied and so very pleased with the drivers, Jared and Hesham. They were timely, cautious, capable, respectful and so very kind to my 91 yr old, debilitated mother. I highly recommend this service.
