I took a BLS renewal class on June 7th. To this day, 23 days later, I have not been issued my E-Card. I called the training center many times in regards to this issue. Per them, due to AHA changing platforms they were having problems themselves and could not issue any cards yet. I decided to call other training centers to see if they were having those issues and they were not. At this point, Columbia Safety receptionist were annoyed with me for calling so much so I ended up asking for a refund. Whoever I talked to said she was unsure they could do that and had to ask her supervisor. I asked when they would have an answer for me and all she said was " I don't know, sometime this week." She seemed upset with me. I called the next day and no one answered. I decided to go to the office personally and ask for a refund. Again, the receptionist was annoyed with me and decided to refund my money back to just get the situation done with. With all that said, what Columbia Safety did was completely unacceptable. Regardless of whatever issue they were having, waiting more than 20 days for a certification was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I understand problems happen sometimes but there was no communication about the issue unless I called, but even then all I got was "sorry we cannot issue the cards yet." What upset me more, was their attitude towards me. They were not happy to help and/or were not kind. I decided to take another BLS class in Spokane and received my certification the same day I took the class. If you choose this company make sure you ask if they are still having those problems. I would hate for someone to not be able to work because of them.

I am doing CNA class but regret enrolling! I No one has tried to reach out and introduced themselves in any way. The vaccine part I wish I knew this before I payed for this whole course as I am on very and I mean very tight budget and now have to go and pay $300 for vaccines I dont need but cant find record of!!!!! I am having to barrow money for this! I am an individual on a disability income of under $1000 a month it took me a long time to save that money, but looks like your company needs it more. As for the emails yeah there are emails from me to your company because no one I repeat no one made contact with me and your company is just responding to my emails and I have proof. Well enjoy the $1500 from a disabled person.

I really enjoyed the NAC program! They are willing to work with you and help any way they can. The clinical instructor Peggy is so awesome! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking at becoming a NAC:)
