Rad Towing

We asked for a tow from the highway near cbc (literally across exit B12 going on 395north) to the auto zone near court street In pasco. It wasnt even 5 minutes away and they charged $130 we originally asked to go to the autozone in Kennewick but because we are low income college students we asked if we could go to the autozone around the corner for cheaper the guy towing said yeah itll be cheaper and as soon as he brought the car over the price didnt even change The car broke down again a couple days later and went with a different company from the fairgrounds in kennewick all the way to firestone by the mall was $80 and the guy only took 15 MINUTES to get to our house to pick up the broken down car this place took 1.5 HOURS THIS PLACE IS A SCAM find somewhere better.

False advertising on their website. Says "$80 within 10 miles. Must mention our webpage to get this preferred pricing." But what they don't tell you is you have to mention that webpage WHILE ON THE PHONE with dispatch, NOT when the tow driver arrives. There is absolutely NOTHING on their website that specifies this crucial detail. An additional $54 added on when the tow driver told me the cost to tow. $54 stolen from me by this business. 100% false advertising. Dispatcher offered zero remorse when confronted afterwards. Told me "It says call for more details below." Unbelievably terrible customer service and business practice. Pathetic way to treat a customer.

Great service! The Receptionist was polite & informative! Gave me a quick quote, and a quick ETA. The driver (Tito) was quick & polite as well. Tito was careful w/ the vehicle and delivered it straight away. I talk to about 100 people in my profession. Guess who I will recommend for towing needs? I was happy to pay the bill and got some good tips on the Pasco farmers market! Most Definitely NOT with the rude Mid Columbia Towing gentlemen. Really ? I going to entrust my second most expensive investment (vehicle) to an impatient & rude individual?? Really ? Get a clue Mid Columbia Towing !

Dante from Rad Towing is a lifesaver! Got stuck in the snow, and he promptly came to the rescue. Professional, efficient, and courteous service. I can't thank them enough for the quick assistance. Highly recommend Rad Towing for their top-notch towing service, especially during tough situations like snowstorms!
