Artistic Portraits

My son had team pictures done as the YMCA uses this company. Team photos were of the wrong team. Contacted the Y to find out what was going on because it had been 2 weeks. Now the season is over and no pictures. Called the number that was provided to me from the Y and recieved a text from this business asking for me to "text" and not call. Okay so I sent a text to clarify if this was Zinn Photography and no response. Will not be buying pictures from this company moving forward. Even if that means my children will have to be missing from the team photo.

Took our teams picture, and the image is significantly out of focus. Disappointing that one, a blurry picture was taken and then even more so that they didn't care enough to get in contact with us and schedule a retake. Guess they were happy enough with the product they turned out.
