Bill Waites is a great pain specialist. I have been seeing him for a few years. He is thorough and listens to his patients. The receptionists are very strict about arriving 15 minutes early. I have seen them turn away several people over the years for not being 15 minutes early. Don't be late!!

I called a week before my appointment to let them know I hadnt received any paperwork. The lady on the phone looked and said I hadnt even been added to their system, so we started at square one and she sent it to me. I filled it out and submitted it immediately. Since the paper they sent me had been done, my arrival time for my 1pm appointment was 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:05, I had left work early and drove the 40mins, being sure to not be late. The lady at the front desk was helping someone so I stood behind them and waited. When it was my turn it was approximately 12:10. She asked about my paperwork and I told her I had filled out the online form theyd sent. She didnt see that theyd been done, that Id only filled out 1 page. I explained that was all theyd sent and she admitted theyd sent the wrong one because their paperwork was nearly 18 pages. She then said I probably wasnt going to be seen since I was late according to their no paperwork, arrive 1 hour early policy. I reminded her this was their error, and I was 25 mins early for my original check in time so I was technically on time and lets get the paperwork going. Apparently she had to ask the doctor and office manger if I could be seen, and when she got back she told me I would have to reschedule. I asked again, so your office sends me the wrong form, I show up nearly 1 hr early even with driving 40 mins to get here, which meets your policies and you want to reschedule me? Needless to say, I dont have an appointment to go back. The worst customer service, when its your staff that makes the error. I would have understood if I had been late and hadnt complied with their scheduling rules.

My mother went here for over a year seeing Dr. Garrido. It was always a pleasant experience for her, and I was in attendance as I am her caretaker. We had one visit under Dr. Goloshchapov, and it was a nightmare. He tried to bully her into an injection she did not want through them, threatened to take away her meds if she did not, and when I objected he no longer allowed me to accompany her to her appointments. She gets disability for extreme anxiety as well as her physical ailments. Every time she came out of her appointments without me she was in a panic attack. We are being switched to another facility and they have refused to fill her meds during transition. Beware trusting your loved ones care to this place.

The nurse I had was nice then came the provider who literally told me I'm not hurt and all she could do is offer me physical therapy....this was discrimination at its finest...I'm tatted up and have piercings and I'm also on ssi disability for my back because of L5 s1 pinched nerve...I'm on benzodiazapine so I understand why I can't be on hard painkillers but to not only deny me for that but literally say I'm not hurt too...think I may need to talk to an attorney...I've proof I'm hurt and this was highly unprofessional but also a question of ethics. How dare her look down her nose at me like I'm a seeker...plzzzzz get injured people help in tri cities
