My experience with Homebridge was unbelievable smooth. Out of all the other lenders I applied with, they were the most responsive and proactive - always a step ahead without me needing to follow up. When I did email my loan officer Mike Denslow or his assistants they responded within a couple of hours. To be honest, 90% of the communication was with Mike's assistants McKenzie and Suzanne but they were on top of things, and easy to work with. Loved it!
I believe this is why we met our closing date at 30 days without any surprises. Mike kept me updated on any changes throughout the processes, checked in with me in case I had any questions about the process, up until the day I received the keys to my house! Their customer service is beyond many of the other lenders I applied with. I later found out that two other coworkers used Homebridge. So everytime someone in the office mentions an interest in buying a house, we tell them about Homebridge :)
