        Im a Casa Mia regular. I love their food however last night it was not good. I ordered a chicken with three cheese pizza to go. My grandmother was in the ER so I needed something quick & good. I picked up my order & ran back to the hospital. When I took the first bite I had no idea what I was eating. It tasted NOTHING like the chicken with three cheese pizza. I have no idea what kind of sauce was on it. Barely any chicken on it & tons of basil (not the normal amount). Not only that, there was a lot of burnt chunks in the box & in the bottom of the slices. Not good. If I had time I wouldve taken it back but I had to go back to the hospital. I called for a manager to let them know & there wasnt one available. The girl said shed leave a message for the manager to call me but still havent received a call back. I dont think Ill be back to the Kennewick location. Really disappointing. :(

      Follow up reply-we have learned the phone number written down was wrong, though the manager has been trying to reach you by attempting to guess the correct numbers.
