Allstate agents are a joke my sister got into an accident it wasn't even her fault and it's been 2 months or longer and they keep putting her off and giving her the runaround trying to say she's 10% guilty never heard of anything like that at all I'm very very disappointed and will never be insured by Allstate

Have had home insurance for about 5 years with them but when I wanted to start car insurance with them they rudely told me that I had to have car insurance for 6 months before they would even consider me..

When I called the 1-800 number for Allstate for the quote I filled out online, I was having a bit of difficulty with the representative over the phone and was a bit confused. Some things that were being explained weren't making sense and It felt as if I was being pressured and rushed into making a quick decision without letting me think it over! Going to my local Allstate agent was the best choice I ever did for my insurance! The explanation for my choices of insurance coverage was explained perfectly and was optimal for what I needed. Plus I even saved more money for what I wanted even though I added more to my coverage!! Best part about it was that my coverage now is definitely 10 times better than my last insurance provider!!! Gina is the Allstate representative that helped me. She is really understanding of your needs, isn't pushy, outstanding with her professionalism and so helpful when it comes to canceling your previous insurance policy! After my experience here with her I couldn't find myself working with another agent! She's AWESOME 👌. If you're looking for help to save on your insurance, Gina will definitely help you save tons. You can't go wrong if you just call and ask for Gina. I'm a veteran that has served in the Marine Corps. I know what it looks like when someone is genuinely interested in helping you and Gina is the real deal!
