After getting a corporate repair maintenance visit from Blue mountain fire, it has been absolutely horrible. As far as their services they did great, I will say that. In understanding that they would want to be paid, as part of a corporation we have a process as far as coding and and how we are are able to distribute funds. I COMPLETELY understand trying to collect your money from a client, however as a fellow company I would think they would understand the allocation process. The bill collector is Extraordinarily unprofessional, and every 2-3 days is calling/e-mailing with threats about trying to put a lean on the business. Taking further action. Even after apologizing and telling them to add late fees to the account to make up for things, they instead just send threats and call to tell us how terrible our leadership is. Being very understanding, and knowing people want to be paid I feel bad that I am writing this review. Even after getting the bank to send the check out, telling them the check sent date, then giving them the check number associated with the full payment, the bill collector is still e-mailing/calling saying she cant trust it and if it does not get to her in 2 business days that she would "take further action. This could include retrieval of our property (sprinkler heads) and notification to the Fire Marshall." However as someone who deals with billing and vendors everyday, I would never want to encounter this company just based on their billing process and rude frequent e-mails.
