I am not one who normally leaves reviews, but I hope that my review will convince you not to come here. I signed my daughter up the very end of February to start dance in March. They charged me for February and March on 1 bill. After calling and calling with no response I finally sent an email and after awhile finally got a response saying they would refund me for the extra payment - never happened, so here comes April, I was charged again and once again I emailed and was told they would refund me. She emailed me back and said they had refunded my account, when I checked I saw a refund but the same day another charge was posted to my account, so not really refunded... May - charged again and then June charged again after I was told continuously I would either be refunded or credited so I wouldn't be charged for the following month. The owner is unprofessional and lied to me every time she emailed me. I stuck with them in a difficult situation during the Covid19, gave her several opportunities to make things right even though my daughter was the only one showing up to their zoom instructed dance classes. Only positive is her instructor, Katelyn is fantastic! Save your money and go to a professional dance studio, one that doesn't lie or steal your money.
