CKB did a timely and great job cleaning our roof, pressure washing patios and driveway and washing our windows. Fredy also connected us to a contractor who did a very good job building a sturdy staircase in our crawl space. Won’t hesitate in calling Fredy/CKB again!!!

Work was poorly done and two months over estimated time. We had to fire him and hire out the remaining work. We had to completely redo the whole kitchen, recaulk and repaint all the trim. Repaint the deck, which he used indoor paint on. Rewire and replumb after he hung drywall, which we were told multiple times that they would take care of, but they never did. Then he put a lien on the property, which cost us $15,000 even though he never completed the project. We finished the project which cost us an additional $12,000 over the estimated budget because of the ineptitude of CKB construction. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. CKB built a Beautiful Hay storage, It's exactly what I wanted and needed. The crew knew what they were doing and worked hard everyday. I Highly recommend CKB!

I highly recommend Chris Kathryns and his team. He does a fantastic job. He is very responsive and quick with estimates. Work is done on time and as expected. He is able to explain each step in the process, no matter how big or small the job is. The materials are quality products. His team is very professional and courteous of clients.
