As I was think about all of the holiday company I will have this year, I started looking around my home. My carpets were my first area of concern, so I had Burgess come in. After a deep cleaning I am now pleased to say replacing carpet is no longer on my list. Thank you for the clean carpets and great service.

Best carpet cleaners in town. I have a 7 years old that decided he was too tired at night to go to the bathroom and so he peed on the carpet next to his bed. By the time we noticed there was a problem there was a dank, musty smell that permeated the air when you entered the room. I called Burges carpet care and they were able to send someone out quickly. They told me to call them back if the first cleaning didnt resolve the problem. The next morning I walked in and it was still noticeable. I called them and they alerted out again within a few days and treated it again. Next morning, still noticeable. I called them a third time. They ended up coming out on 3 separate occasions, at no extra cost to myself, until the problem was resolved! I cant recommend them enough. Now I can finally walk into my sons room again!
