Switching from Progressive, I was blown away at the level of care and consideration that went into helping us navigate the process. Shannon (on Scott Smith's team) went above and beyond to ensure that each and every concern was addressed, and took every preconceived - and unfortunately adopted from experience - bad notion I had about insurance companies and turned them on their heads. I needed to add a new vehicle to my auto insurance policies at State Farm. I met with Shannon VanCorback and was done in less than thirty minutes which included adding my vehicle, reviewing all my other policies and saving me some money with her suggestions.
