Dr. Plaskon and her team are exceptional. I have gone to other doctors for MS related bladder issues and can say that this healthcare program is the best I've received for these issues. The compassion, interest, and professionalism of this whole group makes a very unpleasant procedure bearable. And the results are life-changing from my quality of life.

Wife tried for two months to schedule appointment. No callbacks. Finally got someone and they said the doctor she wanted to see had left two months prior. Unbelievably poor customer service.

My review has nothing to do with COVID. I started going to Athena women's health in 2015. In 2014, I went to Peru, and less than a month later I started getting attacks of intense bladder pain. Three months later I got a kidney infection (which has left me with occasional kidney pain, and my blood pressure was insanely high for almost a year). I started going to Athena Women's to address the bladder pain, after my PC physician tested me for Chlamydia 3 times (all negative). The doctor I saw at AWH did some examination, measured my urine output for a week, then requested an invasive test called a VCUG. I did the test, but never got my results back. I called AWH asking for my results, or trying to make a follow up appointment but they are avoiding my calls and emails. It has been 5 years, I still have bladder and kidney pain - I just want my test results back. I'm not a "Karen" I'm a 23 year old girl who needs medical help. Do not send your daughter, wife or girlfriend to AWH, they are unprofessional at best and hazardous at worst.

I called AWH asking for my results/trying to make a follow up appointment but they are avoiding my calls and emails. I can't imagine why, I'm just a quiet twenty-something girl looking for medical help. It has been 5 years, I still have bladder and kidney pain - I just want my test results back or a referral to someone who can help. I do not recommend AWH, they are unprofessional at best and hazardous at worst.
