Stay away from this place its a complete rip off. I dont understand how this plays cant stay in business!

I was so disappointed. I went here to have my wedding dress altered, she added a slit and some nice straps which I was happy with but then I went back a few months later to have the slit made a little higher as it still wasnt high enough for me to be able to dance in and the owner told me it would be done in a week so I came back and she said it wasnt ready yet and to come back in another week this happened 4 times! Then I went back the 4th time and it was ready but the slit still isnt high enough to move in plus the top of the slit now goes to the side instead of straight up and down and when I said something the woman at the counter didnt care and still made me pay full price despite me expressing my dissatisfaction. I am so disappointed, I dont think I am going to be able to wear this dress for my wedding anymore. Service: Wedding gown alterations

Super rude! I really don't know why they would be so aggressive. I went in to check if they do alterations, to which they said yes. I asked if they could give an estimate or price range, got told aggressively "if you want a bargain, this is not the place for you", and then got ignored. All I wanted was an idea of the cost. I guess they're only for people willing to spend the money blindly regardless of how much they charge

One of the worst experiences of my life. If i could give 0 stars I would. Someone referred me here. I just wanted a simple tailoring to close a wide neck and refix the top neckline. The woman asked what I wanted I asked her and she bluntly was so rude and said we can't do this, this is too much work. A simple zara dress from a fast shop. Yet she has all these elegant gowns much more work than a simple satin dress that needs a neckline closed. I just said ok and asked some questions about why nicely, and then she said "do you see all these gowns, i charge $85 by the hour." I said "oh so you charge hourly." The she continued to aggressively tell me "how she is a professional tailor, not an alterating shop and how she has a degree. How she went to school for tailoring and that is diff than alterations." She kept going on and i cut her off and said I never said you didnt have a degree I just simply wanted a neckline fix, i'm not sure why you're yelling. But she continued to explain why she charges $85 and is so expensive and how my simple satin dress from shein will be expensive too fix. Then while i'm changing out. A gentlemen walks in and says "do you do simple tailoring?" and they said yes. Just a hem of the pants. They charged 35 but for me aggressive so quick, rude to respond, when all I was was kind. Do not go here whatsoever. For an owner that gets triggered so quick, i'd never trust with my work. Garbage place. I have tailors say no for various reasons based on their expertise level, but the fact she felt obliged to tell me of her accreditations was a whole new experience. She was festered that I bought her a cheap zara dress to repair it seems hah. Attached is the photo for such a simple dress

I do not recommend this Tailor at all. I took a pair of slacks to have hemmed and returned numerous times over a month to retrieve my pants, they finally admitted to losing them. I requested a refund, Kwon the owner, told me to get my receipt and proof of purchase which I did. I went back to get my refund and her son said there was no money in the cash register, and when I got mad he took money out of his pocket and out of the cash register and refunded me. I will never go back again and will never suggest this tailor to anyone. Use at your own risk!
