AT&T Store

Had an amazing experience with Michael today. He is super patient to help us solve all our issues. Really thankful for his patience and kindness! Amazing is all I can say!

First off i just want to express my gratitude and greatfullness to the gentleman. Micheal Who stayed late to handle the ultra difficult and frustrating situation that brought me into this location. Out of the multiple att store locations ive been into and the sea of customer service agents. Michael is the only one i feel like that was transparent in the fees. Promotions billing info and withought him i probably would have never had the issue resolved that night So please he deserves a raise and a promotion

I've always gotten so-so service at these places; however, the service here was outstanding!  I was in here taking advantage of the Black Friday deals and so glad I did.  It took me awhile to finally decide to upgrade everyone in my family their phones. But the manager who was helping me was extremely patient, not to mention very knowledgeable.  Michael was nice and friendly as well.  I ended up saving quite a bit.  Thanks, Quang and Michael!  In terms of customer service, this AT&T store is hands down, the best one I've been to.

Had very good experience from Quang's support. He provides professional recommendations and can solve high-complexity problems. Have been to different AT&T stores, and this one definitely stands out. Highly recommend this store for getting your questions/problems solved
