David's Auto Detailing and Window Tinting

The exterior detail was great and they were able to get a lot of minor scratches buffed out. However was not too pleased with the interior detail. Many areas did not get wiped down or vacuumed well. Would recommend just the exterior detail.

I got my Prius detailed for the first time and was so happy I chose Davids auto detailing! Sophie at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly getting me an appointment right away. I dropped my car off when they opened at nine and picked it up early in the afternoon. It was so clean, and I am very happy with the results!

Admittedly, Im a clean fanatic amongst those who know me and have high respect for companies and their employees who tackle detailing vehicles. Its a lot of work! From my experience I can see the validity of the celebrations and applause from previous reviews. My first visit was through a Groupon voucher. Completely understand the new business tactic and offering, which are worth your time and money as a customer. However, when I checked in for my appointment I asked if additional attention to a couple areas of my vehicle was possible within the appointment time, which I said I was willing to pay extra for, and was told yes! But when I picked up my vehicle these areas had not been addressed at all, nor noted on the invoice, or vocalized. For someone who was willing to pay extra beyond the great Groupon offer, told yes we can and then received no follow up as to why they didnt was a bit frustrating. Communication between drop off and pick up was robotic and minimal. Regardless of my first experience Ill likely be a return customer. My vehicle felt refreshed inside and out!

*update to three stars- they called and offered to redo the cleaning, so they are willing to fix issues, unfortunately too far for me to go back* Just ok. Used a Groupon to see if getting a detail cleaning was worth it and I came out not believing people pay what their website lists for a detailing service. The car looked clean when I walked up to it so two stars for that. First thing I noticed was cleaning bristles lodged in the side camera, entire section of my roof was missed, puddles on the floor mats, then I looked around a little more and they didnt bother to vacuum under floor mats or do a very good job on windows, very distracting driving home with so many streaks and a layer of fuzz on my front windshield. I was pretty hopefully it would be like coming to a new car after waiting three and a half hours, not the case.
