My sink was leaking and i thought, this looks easy i can fix it myself. 3 youtube tutorials later I had made a huge mess of my sink. After many phone calls and messages to other local plumbers, I lucky found Mitch!! Not only did he do a great job, he didn't see my vulnerable situation and over charge me. (Other companies quoted me $300+ per hour plus a fee just to get to me) Wonderful guy and great plumber. Thank you Mitch ♥

It would help if they could actually answer their phones like a real business would operate but no! Couldn't even reach. Called at least 5 times over a span of an hour. Screw em' just lost my business

Called several weeks ago to get an estimate and was told they could not get to us for some time. Fast-forward to my appointment with another service. A tech calls to tell me the owner has taken ill and he is trying to pull services together. Thinking he was with the service I had already contracted, (I am hard of hearing and it was late), we set up a time to meet at the property the next day. He arrived, and seemed totally unprepared--had to run to town to get parts, etc.- but began draining the hot water tank. About that time, my contracted service shows up at the door. It didnt take me long to realize the man who had started work, was not prepared because his office was NOT the one with whom I had been sending photos, discussing needs--the one whose truck was locked and loaded the night before and ready to roll with all the right parts. I had to pay Mitchell Plumbing's tech $217. out of pocket to abort the 30 minutes of service and to avoid multiple trips to town to get parts that hadn't been ordered ahead for an unusually large 80 gal. hot water heater, etc. The issue was Mitchell Plumbing's lax method of documenting. Tech had been handed an emergency situation, with no real schedule. I saw that he was trying to piece together notes on scraps of paper, with no signed service contracts, with paper and pen billing. Next time, I will be careful to vet all calls with what is on my calendar. This experience was just bizarre.
