Hunan Garden

This place and Panda Garden are the same restaurant. It is all terrible food. We had previously ordered from "Panda Garden" and vowed never to go back. Tonight we ordered from Hunan Garden, but when we couldn't find it, called and they said they're the same place. So disappointed. Ordered 3 entrees and an appetizer. Only the appetizer was even remotely edible. One dish wasn't even what we ordered and so salty it burned. Another dish had a pool of water in the bottom and some jar garlica. One dish tasted like hot bandaids. Absolutely revolting.

Web site gives you number to the Tacoma restaurant. Small portions. Terrible food.

Ordered walnut prawn, and it was a dish that had been prepared sometime earlier. Prawns were cold, and peaches were canned. They must have pulled the deep fried prawns out of the cooler, along with the peach slices, and put them in the to go container. The other dish we ordered was pork chow mein and it was hot, so freshly cooked, but very little pork....more noodles than anything else. Not impressive food at the price.

The food was pretty good, both my friend I enjoyed our meals. The service on the other hand, was some of the worst I've ever encountered. The woman was incredibly rude, treated us as though we were an absolute waste of her time. Prices were too high also, in our opinion. We won't be going back.

We decided to head over to Hunan Gardens to try a new restaurant. it seemed to be a very nice place and after pouring tea we reached into the sugar packet container only to pull out a huge cockroach. We alerted the lady to the bug and she proceeded to take it towards the kitchen and fling it onto the floor. We decided at that time to leave and she had the nerve to be mad that we wouldnt be staying.
