        I used to be a subscriber and called to subscribe again when I moved back to GH. I subscribed to the paper a month ago and never received a single issue despite calling to report the problem weeks ago. Just called again to cancel and request a refund and the customer service agent, Grace, said I signed an agreement stating subscriptions couldnt be refunded. Not correct, I never signed anything. I pushed back and she agreed to process a refund. Ill be watching my credit card statement Not sure what happened to the Gateway in the last few years but wow, its gone downhill.
