Completed my drainage design for my residence with minor revisions after first County review. Highly recommend.

Would not really recommend. The accountant sent a fairly aggressive email to me stating she was going to place a lien on our home by the end of the week if we did not pay our invoice. It turns out, my husband had not received her previous emails (for months) with the invoice due to the fact she spelled the email address wrong. We had been in contact with their engineer throughout this entire process without issue. Regardless, I immediately responded to her email requesting that she please give me a call. The accountant refused to call me and stated I must call her instead. When I am paying someone and they are working for me, I expect to be treated with dignity, respect and understanding. The accountant could have just called me, instead of refusing. The accountant also could have just called us asking why we had not yet paid our balance/if we had received the emails, instead of threatening to almost immediately place a lien on our home. She also could have asked the engineer if he had talked to us, as we were in regular contact with him and he could have told her she was emailing the wrong address and could have resolved the entire issue. My husband then spoke with the owner in regard to this issue and the owner dismissed him. The owner told us it was our responsibility to solve the issue that they emailed the wrong person and we should have reached out to them. We are really reasonable people and just hope to be treated with respect when we hire someone. The owner stated he had reached out to us, but we did not receive any voice messages or missed calls, unless we made a mistake somewhere along the line. This is already a stressful project. Maybe find folks who can help relieve some of the stress and make the process easier. It's too bad that this happened. Also, all we really expected was an apology for the misunderstanding. They just needed to take responsibility for their error. Kyle is a great engineer and did an awesome job. My husband and I would have been in serious trouble if they had sent this email in regard to the home lien to the incorrect address again instead of my secondary email address on file.

OK never been here. It is in the same parking lot as my old job. So just doing this so it won't keep requesting a review.
