This was the very first oil change that I was granted 2 of them for free upon vehicle purchase. Ever hung was done quick and they even washed and polished the car. Excellent service.

My CRV catalytic converter was stolen and needed to be replaced. Colin was the service tech who took extremely good care and excellent communication through the entire process. He was courteous, organized and very professional. He kept in contact and let me know what was happening pretty much every day. Thank you Colin for all your help, expertise and professionalism.

Always the best service people who make sure you get the best service. They have always found whatever it is that is causing the problem and fixed it. I have a 2005 vehicle that I purchased new from Honda of Fife and have used them for service ever since. I moved west of the Narrows Bridge and have a dealer closer to me but I was disappointed with their service and decided not to use them again after the first time. I'm spoiled! So...I am going to stick with the people that give me the best service! When I go in for an oil change they give me a copy of the checkpoints they have covered for me while there, i.e., battery, tires, brakes, lights inside and out, belts, fluids, suspension, drive axels, transmission, engine coolant/washer fluid, filters. Honda of Fife knows how to do customer service.
