I have used this alteration service 3 times now to get pants hemmed and also to recreate the complete design of clothing items. The people there really take their time to understand your needs and offer suggestions when needed. Excellent customer service and fair pricing.

Lyuda altered and bustled my wedding dress into the most beautiful gown! Our photographer was amazed at how wonderfully the back bustled up, it was a work of art and completely transformed the shape of the skirt into a new, equally beautiful shape. She was excellent to work with and did a fantastic job.

I just picked up my dress for my sons wedding and after paying $160 to hem and steam it they stained it. They asked I bring it back in where they yelled and screamed at me that my dress was used (which it wasnt), it was my own fault, and that it was a garbage dress. I have a picture of me in the dress right before dropping it off that shows that it previously had no stain. So frustrated!
