        I have been missing a group photo I ordered in September. I have not been contacted despite repeated emails. Terrible customer service. I don’t understand why anyone would use this company.

        I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR PICTURES. MY SON IS TALKING TO THEM IN THE SHOT. I REACHED OUT ASKING IF THIS WAS THE ONLY SHOT NO RESPONSE 30 PLUS FOR A DIGITAL NOT WORTH PRINTING.

        We recently used Legends for our youth organization pictures. There were some bumps, as to be expected coming out of a pandemic, but issues we had were rectified. Our pictures were supposed to be individually shipped, and were bulk shipped back to the photography place. They were flexible with delivering our pictures to us at a time and place that was convenient for us, and that was greatly appreciated!
