DON'T BOTHER!My husband called this man over 3 weeks ago to schedule an appointment to learn our options regarding Medigap insurances.  He was going to be leaving on vacation and asked us if we would be able to wait until his return and to pick a date and time and he would make it happen. Not so much!  We had not heard from him on the day of the appointment so my husband contacted HIM to confirm.  Mr. Akers then texted back  and stated that he had a conflict and could we reschedule (so much for us naming the date and time). I'm also wondering when he was actually going to call us to reschedule. My thought is if the man is this unreliable just setting an appointment, how reliable is he in providing us with professional information.  We scheduled with another broker...hopefully, you do as well!
