        Great spot to get a bus. We bought the bus while living in Colorado. They arranged for pick up from the airport to get the bus. A few months later, we moved to Washington and drove it back. They have been very helpful from purchase to even months later. I'd definitely get a bus from here.

        We bought a small school bus from NW Bus Sales this past summer to convert into a food truck. Mike from the sales department made the process seamless considering we were buying from across the country. We recently moved our bus to WA state where we were able to get some maintenance taken care of which was a huge relief. I'd recommend NW Bus if you're in the area and looking for a reliable dealership.

        Jack has been awesome at helping me to get the right bus for my needs. He did a great job of getting it in the shop to check everything out and get it detailed before he had it shipped to me in Idaho. And then helping me now to find someone to paint it the color I want, which is not easy to find a place with a paint booth big enough for a bus. I would recommend Jack to anyone any day, and would go to him first to buy another bus if I needed one.

        We bought our shuttle bus there in 2021 to convert it to a camper van. We took it back recently to have the wheelchair lift removed. They were also able to address an electrical issue, disconnecting the door buzzers. They also corrected an issue with the wheelchair door lock. - Dealership prices, not much wiggle room in 2021 on the purchase price, even tho we came in with a cash offer. - Service department also "dealership" priced, but worth the convenience and peace of mind that the jobs were done right. Also, peace of mind if our shuttle needed Service work in the future that required a over night stay in their lot. I saw a lot of security in place (beefy electrical fence & security cameras). - Staff friendly and communicate well enough. - We will return for any future needs that they can assist with.
