I have done a lot of business with rainier wood recyclers over the past few years and i have been treated as a valued customer. However, that changed significantly this past week. I picked up some 3-way was told to check it out because it was wet. The wet did not bother me and i got loaded up and put it out over my lawn to level out some areas that needed help. This 3 way turned out to be 5 way a high percentage being sticks and rock- it was terrible and only suitable as fill(my opinion). i spoke with a manager and was informed that all sales are final and it was the customers responsibility to make sure the product was indeed what it was sold as. It would of been nice to be informed of this policy before hand.

I have done business with this company before but never again. I came into the office and ordered 8 yards of red fine bark to be delivered. When I received the product dumped on my driveway it was a disgusting mulch. I called to complain and was told by the employee there that I had ordered red fine mulch. I would never do that and when the woman to whom I was speaking said, "I heard you say that", even though it wasn't her taking the order, I hung up. NOBODY calls me a liar. I would recommend looking elsewhere for products. The mulch was gross and full of mud and rocks. Impossible to work with. They wouldn't even allow a discount or admit their error.
