My experience was great. The reviews made me nervous but after my personal visit they made everything so easy! Kathy, who helped with my signing, was kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! Even the questions off topic of my sale. As a first time buyer it was a relief to have it all go so smoothly. SO HAPPY! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Great people!

As a first time buyer I went to pro escrow hoping and thinking they would be helpful and so far everyone I have talked to is so rude. This is not the place to go if you have a lot of questions. They answer you rude and the tone of everyone's voice is rude. They are truly not there to help you especially getting annoyed so easy if to many questions are asked. I regret coming to this place for anything and will never use them again. All of you new buyers need someone who is willing to answer each and every question you have to make you more comfortable with the transaction. I highly recommend finding another place to go.

As a buyer I am severely disappointed. When I came to drop off an earnest check, they were closed. A gal saw me, but she ignored me completely. Had she come to the door I could have dropped my check through the slot and been done. Then for closing, as we provided a payment and signed, we made it clear that we wanted to rush closing. We were given some hope that might happen. But no effort was actually made to do so. We were just given false hope so that we would go away.

Be advised: agreed seller furnished closing costs may not be included in ProEscrow's ALTA settlement, and may instead come out of seller's equity. Also, expect fees for wire transfers even if you use check disbursement and courier fees well in excess of actual postage fees. All in all ProEscrow was easy to deal with and convenient to access, but as a seller I definitely see room for improvement and transparency.
