I been going here for a few years. At first they were quite helpful, especially when I needed to get shoes or a new ID. Also the nurse sent a DNA sample for testing and tailored medications to help with my treatment. This worked fine for a while, but over time I have been seeing a trend that shows me they really just don't care. I've seen how poorly a person with a speech impediment was treated when he just wanted help with getting paper work for housing. If you have any real serious problems, or need help right away, they don't want to help you. In some situations, they push it off to be some one else's problem. I understand the lack of funding and that they cannot help like they used to, but the things I've observed tell me they really don't care. Also they need better management. Management doesn't like it when you complain about one of their workers, it seems to annoy them. Also they aren't around making sure things run smoothly, more like they are pushing papers in a back office. And most importantly, you are expected to set your own goals and solve your own problems.

As an employee here I will say there is so much good this company does on a daily basis. One thing that I love is that I get to help people everyday.

Doctor gave me a recommendation to go here, they said they aren’t taking anyone else until November. Guess I’m screwed

these guys are helpful with my P.T.S.D. and i wouldn't down grade them. for someone else's problem for not speaking up. about anything that's going on in their life or even if a medication isn't working correctly. i also have MS that has been very debilitating. they work hard to get things done if they miss understand they will tell you later on. if they noticed that they have miss understand you in the next meeting you have. for those of you that give them a single star you maybe a real person or a troll. i'm calling it on what i have read and know about trolls on the internet. also if your just unsatisfied by this mental health place that's your prerogative not mine.
