Holiday Inn Downtown-Everett

I must admit that this was a very positive and pleasant check-in, especially since my flight was delayed and my room was still waiting for me! I cannot express enough, the gratitude I have for front desk employee, Astrid for her warm and kind words that calmed me after my frustrating delayed flight and high anxiety. She is a true professional and should be recognized for her exceptional customer service etiquette and skills- Thank you Astrid! The room was refreshing and clean and I was impressed by the simple yet beautiful decor. The bed was big and perfect and now I'm going to crash out for a bit! Lol Overall, this particular Holiday Inn is top notch and I would recommend it to anyone that needs a place to relax and rest. Do yourself a favor- book a room here and enjoy!

This holiday inn is pretty nice! The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The vendors change at every show, so you never know what treasures you're going to find.

Lackluster service. Front desk clerk is not rated for human interaction. Construction is in progress to upgrade and renovate the hotel to a Mariott. Construction starts at 8am.
