Regis Salon

Avoid this place. Heidi charged me $56 for a trim on my 12 year old daughter. And two days in a row my stylist (Jesse) was a no-show.. I showed up for my appointments, but no one could do my hair!! So annoying and frustrating.

Walked in at noon on a Saturday. Not one other customer in the place. 2 stylists,1 woman,1 man. We asked for a haircut for our little boy. At first we were introduced to the male employee who would take care of him then immediately were told they could only get us in at 3:45pm. Let me repeat, COMPLETELY EMPTY salon. What on earth?!?! You guys can keep your haircut. We will take our money to a salon who wants business. Work on your customer service.

Called and set up an appointment for hair color. When I arrived they told me they didn't have time to color my hair. Told me I had to come back when they had more time.... I made an appointment!!! So I went shopping in the mall instead, only to see the stylist that told me he didn't have time to color my hair out shopping with his co-workers!! Extremely rude and will never go to Regis in Everett mall again!

Went to see Jesse the Male stylist. He is the best. Dont mind paying 10$ more for great service and a haircut I like. It's not that busy at the Everett mall because its THE Everett mall! Haha, but this place is worth going there.
