I ordered 4 boxes to be shipped to my home as I am out of state. After several days of confusion between the store and the warehouse, I ended up with two boxes after they were shipped to the store, not my residence. After finally getting the 2 boxes, one had 12 of the 20 pieces damaged. Vladimar told me it was "my loss" and "your order caused me a lot of hassle" because the warehouse didn't ship the order to the correct address. I was sent damaged flooring that I could not use and was told "I won't be able to help you with any type of refund or anything like that. I cannot do anything about it."

Home Floor and Remodel installed laminate throughout one of our rental units. Vlad quickly consulted us on options and committed to a range of dates to do the work. He got it done exactly on schedule. We exceeded his estimate slightly because my unit was totally cluttered (other projects in work) when he was taking initial measurements. Vlad was totally transparent about the scope change and worked with me on a discount for the additional work. The floors and baseboards are fantastic. They did an amazing job. Next time I have a flooring project, I will definitely go to Vlad for my first bid.

Vlade has been great and they put a great high end carpet in our house. If all businesses were this efficient all of our lives would be trouble free!

These guys are the real deal! I had two small bedrooms to put floors in and had been given quotes from other guys for sheet vinyl for almost $4000 after putting in a sub-floor and with installation. I was calling around asking for estimates - Vlad was very cool and said," I think what you really want is hardwood floors in those rooms if that's what you have everywhere else." So he really listens to what you want. Lucky for me he had a promotional price on solid red oak pre-finished (which almost perfectly matched what we have in the rest of the house!) and got those rooms installed with materials for less than $2000. I ordered it on Tuesday and the material was delivered Wednesday and installed on Thursday and Friday. Beautiful install job and he sanded the underside of the edges to perfectly match the hallway seamlessly. Good job and excellent price! Thank you very much! So worth the drive from Lynnwood!!
