        We were clients with Seattle Specialty for over 8 years, I'll give them 5 stars for their staff and tech, their portal is great and support was always available. I'm disappointed on one major point. After 8 years of paying them premiums, we filed one claim and they would not renew us. In other words, they're happy to take your money until you actually need to use the insurance, then you're not welcome anymore. Going with another vendor now.
