Came in with my daughter when she bought her car. The salesperson Lucas Millar took good care of her. Was so impressed with his service I bought a truck from him the next day. He was straight forward upfront no bs and made it a great experience. Highly recommend him will buy my next car from him.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I've had to mentally and verbally BATTLE salesmen/women in the past.. and this time all I had to do was sign paperwork and make small-talk while waiting on information to process. Thank you Dwayne Lane and J.C. Cortright!

based on my previous experience at dwane lanes of Everett I would not recommend anyone to them they sell bad vehicles...the do not properly repair vehicles and less than a month later im stuck with a $4000.00 bill and they tell me well that sucks but its not there fault.... so if your looking for a new car or truck do not go to dwane lanes of Everett they don't stand behind there sales.

We looked at a Dodge Journey and the one on the lot had problems locking. The lock kept popping back up. So we told the salesman that we didn't want that one, we wanted a different one. So they found us one in the same color and we bought it. About two weeks later, we get a call saying they gave us the wrong car, then VIN didn't match. We brought the car back and they gave us the proper one, brand new, full tank of gas...sounds nice, right? But NO...it was the one with the broken lock. So we can't lock our car. The one we specifically said we didn't want because it was messed up. Dwayne Lane's unloaded their broken car on us. They won't return our calls, they didn't have a rental ready, the servicemen are booked up until next week. So now we have a car that doesn't lock. And we had to take time off work both times to drive to the dealer and is very inconvenient for us to do so. Great job Dwayne Lane's. You sure know how to keep a customer upset.

My wife and I had been searching for several months to replace our 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe when we visited Dwayne Lane's dealership. Our truck was very special to us...we had the best of luck with the Tahoe...not a single mechanic issue in our 10+ years of ownership...so replacing it was not going to be an easy task for any salesperson. After visiting several dealers we decided to stop in and visit Dwayne Lanes. JC Cortright met with us and within minutes rolled out a new black 2012 GMC Yukon for us to test drive or even take for the day. We knew at first sight that this was our new truck. JC took care of us from start to finish. NO PRESSURE SALES!! encouraged us to make sure this was the one we wanted...visit other dealers if necessary (since we were changing from GMC to Chevy...I know, same company but it made a difference) The purchase was completed in a very short time...as their financing department couldn't have been more efficient. Before we knew it we were on our way!! Our family couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and the service we have since received from all of the folks at Dwayne Lanes. Go see JC...he has many years of experience...does not play games...will not pressure you into a purchase that you are not happy with...you will not be disappointed!
