We just bought a house and it has underground sprinklers. Not having the proper equipment to blowout the sprinkler system, I called Dircio's Landscaping and they came out right away and took care of the system. Fast, polite and very helpful. Can't wait till spring time, I'm gonna have em out to help set up the system for me.... Highly recommend these folks for all your lawn care and sprinkle needs... 10 âž• stars for these folks

We just had a portion of our property black topped. These guys were fast, did a great job. I was very impressed with the efforts made to clean up. I will use them again and would encourage everyone. Very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual.

Before calling Dircio’s I called other competitors in the area and no one seemed to have the time to call me back let alone give me a quote. When I called Dircio’s they where at my house within a few days. I hired Dircio’s to do a complete yard renovation including grading, retaining wall, UGS, curbing and hydro seed. All of these where done with great attention to detail and my yard looks so much better. They even went above and beyond by extending the retaining wall past what was initially quoted at no extra cost. Thanks to the whole Dircio’s crew my family will finally be able to enjoy our yard.

I want to thank Joe for his review. I have had issues with communication. I live 5 hours away from my Washington home. Had my estimate, which he was late arriving and blame the mistake on the secretary not telling him the right time, and was told they would be done in one day, wow I thought. He told me, in an email, he would start the job on the 14th. I never heard back a confirmation that it was a firm start time so I emailed and called, I never received a call or answer to my emails or phone messages. Once I did get ahold of someone they had moved me to the 22nd without notifying me saying I told them I wasn't going to be there the 14th ( I have emails stating otherwise). I then had to move back all the appointments I had to the week of the 14th to clear up the 22nd. Before driving here I call 5 days in advance to confirm, no response. I sent an email as well about some changes, I finally get an email back today (2 days before start date) that said they would discuss when on the job??? Um, that would be no. I called right away and again, excuses. I haven't been able to discuss this estimate, over $5000, with anyone on the phone and that has given me great pause on using this company. My gut says it isn't a great fit for my needs. Spotty emails and excuses and when I can get a live person, is not professional. I wound up cancelling the job. Too bad because we were to use them as yard maintenance as well. This is not about the work they do, because they never started, it is about professionalism and maintaining good communication with your customers. Will wait and ask around the neighborhood.
