One star is too much for the experience we just had. Family of 5 sat at a table for 4, waitress took the order but did not write it down, 3 tables entered after us and served before us before we asked if we'd been forgotten - to which my son ordering a burger was blamed - small patty, perhaps 5 minutes to cook - and the wife's food actually came out about 5 minutes after that. She later blamed the cooks. Had she simply said, "I'm sorry, I made a mistake" I would not be writing a review for a restaurant I will never return to. Dirty dishes left for over half an hour and no return to ask about drinks. Surprised the woman has a job. Gave a small tip to the other server who at least had the decency to ask if we wanted more water or soda. Too bad. figure I spent about $1000 at least over the last year there. Wonder if they'll notice she's costing the business revenue.
