        I moved in about one year ago. We just had 30-40mph winds. My roofing tore off and in an area was even down to the plywood. Multiple neighbors have siding and large portions of roofing completely gone. They are supposed to provide a one year warranty on the homes. After placing multiple warranty work orders, they are non responsive and do not honor their warranty work. Our kitchen flooring bubbled up and our drywall has settled and nails are coming out.

        I you want to know the history behind the name of Enumclaw It means It's derived from a Salish term that translates ''Place of Evil Spirits'' The strong winds are said to be evil spirits coming off the mountains. Also they hire mexican labor because it's cheap. That's why these houses are falling apart they don't build them like older homes witch can stand up to 30-40 mph wind gusts. There is Spirits in Enumclaw and Buckley because the strong winds are said to be evil spirits blowing off the mountains. That's what the Indians believed.
