I worked several events with Ed and he is a great boss. He would take us to breakfast if the event was later in the day. Best boss ever!

Ed is the man, he catered our wedding with delicious food. He was a one man show- we were all amazed how he handled our wedding dinner perfectly. I would highly recommend him.

We used new York catering for our wedding and were thoroughly impressed. Over a dozen guests approached and made a point to state how impressed they were with the prime rib and teriyaki salmon. There was no additional markup just because "Wedding" from the standard listed prices on the web site. He did have some supply issue the day before service and needed to make a last minute switch from roasted mushrooms to green beans and mushrooms which we found out at service, this was a "happy accident" though because they were the beast green beans ive ever had. Something along the lines of sweet light vinegar dressing and lots of garlic made them amazing, similar to german potato salad. This was also one of the most budget friendly options we found after months or research snd tastings. I will be recommending Ed (the owner) to all friends in the future for weddings and large events.
