After searching forever for a V8 4Runner I finally found the one at Gasoline Alley. The whole buying experience was great. Mike and Ray were great. Ray really went to bat to find me the best possible financing and Ricky the mechanic even helped me get my old car back home! I would do business with these guys again in a heartbeat.

If I could give a negative rating for this place I would. I had been looking for a burgundy RX 300 for some time and I saw one at this place. I was so excited I got a good rate even after filing bankruptcy and I truly thought this dealer was honest. I test drove the SUV and felt some push back in the brakes I was assured by Doug the salesperson that he test drove the SUV himself and advised that the brakes and rotors just needed to be changed. So I purchased the SUV. Needless to say it wasn't the rotors and the brakes as he said he lied and this dealer knew there was a serious electrical issue with this SUV before they sold it to me. I had a mechanic look at it who told me to take the SUV back because its not safe. The undercarriage has extensive corrosion that the suspension, steering, brakes, brake line and fuel line. The speed senor was rotted to the point where it fell off in pieces when I had it replaced. My mechanic advised not to do any further repairs to this SUV because the rust is so bad the repairs may very likely not take and other parts of the undercarriage may fall off. I took the SUV back to Gasoline Alley and was told the owner Ray spoke to my mechanic and my mechanic stated there was nothing wrong with the SUV which was lie. I confirmed with my mechanic that Ray was not being truthful with the conversation they had. I was told to pick the SUV up and when I got to the dealer I was told Ray had the SUV sent to mechanic to find out what was wrong with the SUV. I couldn't understand why they would tell me to pick up the SUV prior to their mechanic looking at it when it was there for almost 2 days for that specific person (the mechanic to look at it). So I got another to pick up the SUV and was told that their mechanic stated there was nothing wrong with the SUV. I asked for the copy of the work order stating that and was told they didn't have it because the owner Ray only picks up the work orders once a week. So I went to the mechanic the very next morning and requested the work order stating there was nothing wrong with the SUV. The mechanic they had look over the SUV told me they never told the dealer that there was nothing wrong with the SUV. She stated she told the dealer the SUV needs an electrical evaluation that the dealer didn't pay for. She assured me that she didn't tell the dealer there was nothing wrong with the SUV. My mechanic had to deactivate the ABS for me to drive without the pedal pulsating. I wouldn't recommending anyone ever buying from this place. They are liars and sell garbage. This SUV should have been sold to a wrecking yard for parts not for someone to drive with kids. I'm stuck in a loan for $13500 for a vehicle that most likely will only be drivable for the next few months if that. They rip people off. I just wish that I had taken this to my mechanic prior to purchasing. A valuable lesson learned and an expensive one. People beware when buying from this place. The issue with the ABS related to the corrosion in this SUV is not the only issue, but the fact that I asked specifically about why there was an issue with the brakes and the salesperson said nothing but the brakes should be criminal. By the way the transmission slipping the and there is a leak between the trans and the engine. They need to be out of business, its nothing more disgusting that crooks ripping off hard working people.

Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place! Bought a truck from them and a couple days later when it rained, discovered that the driver's foot well was soaked. I pulled the trim and carpet up and filled an entire laundry basket with wet towels from soaking up the water. Absolutely no way that someone on the lot did not notice this issue while it was in their possession, although they swear they had no idea. That's too much water not to be noticed. Contacted them about it and they pretended that they'd help and have a shop that they work with look at it (they also said they'd have a glass guy look at the windshield, didn't happen either). Well, it never went to the shop and sat on their lot the whole time and nobody looked at it aside from their salesmen. My fault I know, I missed it when I was looking at the truck and it was silly for me to think that after the deal was done that they'd have any integrity and want to do right by the customer, we were taken by them and learned a valuable lesson that you don't have to. I guess the next time I buy a car I'll have to take it through a car wash or make sure it's raining. Oh, and I also just discovered that the horn and emergency brake don't work either. One thing to note: Tim, our original salesman, seems like a nice guy who needs to find a more upstanding group to work with.
