I love tanning here but the ladies claim to be so short staffed that they not only failed to cancel my subscription a and continued to charge me, but they have claimed that they are so short staffed that they are unable to reimburse me due to lack of office staff. Easily $400. Also they are always changing staff cuz instead of hiring adults they hire children and it's extremely unfortunate. I'm so never tan there again and I have reached out to the better Business buero and will be filing a claim through small claims to get my money back.

I absolutely LOVE this Tropical Tan. It's super clean. And, the staff are ALWAYS kind, friendly (even remembering this old lady's name) and accommodating. I highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best tanning experience Ive ever had. I had not been to a tanning bed in over ten years and the front desk was kind, informative and accommodating. I will definitely return!
