I went for my daily walk and returned to find my smart lock being dumb as a stump. With no way to get in, and my phone and keys locked inside , I used my Apple Watch to phone the first locksmith Siri suggested. Thankfully, this was Wise Locksmith. He arrived in 15-20 minutes, drilled out the lock, set a replacement lock to my existing key, and even reinstalled the smart lock mount, and for $100 less than I was expecting. If we could give Chris and his partner 5 plus stars we would ! We needed a new lock for a very old 60 plus years old lock, and they delivered! Fair price, hard working and we’re the only locksmith that came and assessed the situation , ordered parts

Chris totally saved me! I was stuck out of my car with my kids 90 minutes from home (somebody had destroyed the lock core trying to break in, and I didn't have my fob). Chris came right away and (a) helped me get in the car, and (b) spent an extra hour with me figuring out how to turn off the car alarm so I could actually drive home! It was a crazy situation, but he was totally patient and composed and committed to sticking with me until I could get home safe. In the end we had to take apart my door and put it back together there in the parking lot. I am so appreciative of Chris and highly recommend to anybody in a similar situation!
