Teddy Bear Pre-School & Child Development

My daughter is somewhat insecure because she misses her mom a lot. If anybody would be upset and not want to go I would think she would be the one. Yet she really likes Teddy Bear Preschool. The teacher seems very capable and patient and caring. Referring to the other review, it's true I generally don't go down into the classroom area when dropping off my daughter, but that's mainly because it's a "no shoes" area. I have had occasion a few times to go down but I have never been told not to come down. My daughter went to Wee Wildcats at the high school before, but that was only 2 hours and 15 minutes 3 days per week. However she did like that more. There are several teachers and the high school kids play with the kids an hour per day or something like that. So maybe Teddy Bear is not as dynamic and exciting, but if you need something Monday - Friday, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

From many very happy families.. To whom it may concern: I have known Allison Clerc for 14 years and had the opportunity to use her services for my grandsons. Both my daugher and I agree we have found this to be the most remarkable experience we have ever encountered. My grandchildren are now 15 and 12 and still talk about their great times. This school is to be commended for Allison's guidance, her patience, the structural learning environment she provides, her preschool program curriculum, most of all her organizationzl skills and cleanliness. Allison has a profound manner in which she interacts and teaches the children. Rosa Cantu ( Support Enforcement Officer ll, Division of Child Support) My name is Andrea and I have two children that attended Teddybear Preschool for more than 8 years. Her school is well-organized and has given my kids the opportunity to create lifelong friendships. They have always felt very comfortable in her home and both of my kids were more than academically ready for Kindergarten. As a full time working mother, placing your child inthe care fo someone else is a big deal and an important decision. Teddy Bear Preschool has been like a second "home" for us! My son went here for 2 days and on the 3rd day I couldn't even get him out of the truck he was so upset! The lady doesn't let you come in any farther than the entry way so you have to just throw you kid in and run, which threw up red flags for me. I probably wouldn't be writing this review if she had refunded me some of the over $200 I had already gave her but she didn't send me anything. I immediately started my son in another preschool and he has been happy and excited about school, so happy I changed!
