        First time visiting El Porton Restaurant in East Wenatchee. Stopped in for lunch while visiting family in the area. We arrived at noon on a week day. The restaurant was fairly busy. However, our group of 5 were seated immediately. Menus were provided. Drinks, along with chips and salsa, arrived shortly after. After a brief time, we were able to order our food. After ordering, it wasn't long before our lunch selections arrived. The food was well plated and of good portion size. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. The food was served up at an appropriate temperature and the flavors were good. I ordered the chicken mole plate. The chicken was delicious and tender. The mole was nice and chocolatey, but not too much. Rice and beans were just as they should be. Very good plate. Service was excellent, even for a busy restaurant. And, the prices are very reasonable. Definitely 5 star service and food in my opinion.
