5 stars for Dr. Farrel, but the front desk does not pick up the phone. They use an answering service - who are lousy and have an attiude every time you call them. They give wrong messages to nurses and doctor. Almost as if the dont care.

The doctors are good, but you'll never get to see them. The phone-based scheduling system indicates a 7 min wait. After an hour, I gave up and pressed the button for a callback. 4 days later, I got a call back. The centralized scheduling system will let you die before you get a call back. The front office staff are curt and always seem to have an unpleasant chip on their shoulder. If you're already feeling cruddy enough to see a doctor, it's especially disappointing that the scheduler doesn't call back the same week you called - and the front office folks make you feel like you're an inconvenience. While MD Victoria Baker-Hall and DO David Ferrell are great doctors - the best in town - the byzantine and week-long waits to talk to an unpleasant person only to get scheduled out 1-2 weeks later just isn't worth it. Go to Swedish in Redmond or any non-Evergreen branded urgent care instead. *** UPDATE *** After my review, Evergreen's patient relations team responded to my review and asked me to call to discuss. I called their number during business hours, there was no answer, so I left a voice mail. 3 days later, no call back.

Dr Farrell is wonderful. Very thorough and understanding in his care. Office staff is also very nice. Had a blood draw, too. No wait time and very friendly and efficient

I was appalled when Dr Sherman met me with a laptop computer and proceeded to review my health history by his computer! Never once inquired if I had any questions or concerns; finally I inquired about Dupuytrens contractions to which he gave an inaccurate response. (It is treatable and thankfully I already had made an appointment with a doctor specializing in that area. My gravest concern is he missed three critical pieces of my health history. Needless to say I wont be back. Healthcare management by computer implies the doc can miss a lot. One usually inquires of the patient what their concerns are rather than assuming he knows given his computer info.
