I called out Al and his crew after struggling to get another company to start the work. Al took my request and was out the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. The estimate for the work was very reasonable and he provided a good plan on how he could repair my cracked & leaking chimney cap. Al and his crew showed up right on time to do the work. They completed the work in good time and did a quality repair. They were friendly and professional, cleaned up afterwards and we are very happy with the repair. We appreciate the great work and friendly service and will not hesitate to share Al's contact info with friends and family or should we need his service again. Thank you Al & crew.

I am so furious right now I can barely put a coherent sentence together. Please heed me: DO NOT under any circumstances hire these people.As I was writing the check for the 10 minute!!!!!! chimney cleaning that didn't even involve getting on the roof!!!!! under the hostile, watchful eye of the demanding and rude workman I wanted to stop and tear up the check, but also wanted him to just get the F out of my house. I seriously feel violated right now. Lied to and taken advantage of.Also, side note, neither men were wearing their masks properly as they entered the house.
