Dr are nice, but if you have an oral infection or eye infection they say we don’t deal with it, they want you to see their dental dr or eye dr, but they don’t take all insurance. Their whole business model is based on their doctors, their eye drs, their dentist, their pharmacy. Better off using your regular dr or urgent care. And their receptionist are not kind at all

Very clean clinic with professional and friendly staff. They offer a one stop shop for all health needs which makes life less stressful.

Dr. Jimenez is the absolute best! I recently transferred my husband and I to this clinic. After two visits I decided to transfer my 3 children to have Dr. Jimenez as their dentist as well. I went in for a filling and WOW I left very satisfied!! Not only did I not feel pain from the lidocaine shot but the procedure was quick. So thankful we made the switch!!

Dr. Jimenez was amazing! I have a horrid phobia of dentists and he is the first one to make me not feel the lidocaine shots I usually have tears streaming from my eyes I didn’t feel a thing! 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been going into Connell Dental to get my teeth back in order after years of me not taking the the greatest care of them and being on medications that led to major decay. Before I went to see Dr Richard Jimenez I saw someone in Pasco at MC Dental that told me I was needing ALL of my teeth removed!’ I was devastated. Prior to the last few years I have had perfect teeth so that was not only shocking news but I just could not accept that idea! Dr Richard Jimenez did our 5th and final extraction today and I’ve got a couple more fillings to go to finish up what we’ve been working on and I couldn’t be happier! When I went to the dentist in the first place it was to get my front tooth fixed because I had a big big cavity on a front tooth. As it turned out, the front one had to wait as i had some real dental emergency’s and infections that needed taken care of ASAP . Dr Richard Jimenez did a filling on my front tooth that isn’t noticeable unless I look really close to see it! The whole staff there are awesome. Well worth the drive from Richland for me as the take my insurance and I highly recommend them!! PS: AND they don’t even sit you down and give gift cards for google reviews like other places!! Lol
