Doug and his team have done my insurance for 20 years. I have a number of policies through them and I really appreciate the great customer service.

Don't expect a call back from Doug or his office. I tried figuring out a billing issue with them for 8 weeks. My family had carried insurance with Doug for over 20 years, unfortunately they have become unprofessional and inconsistent with billing charges.
