        Receptionist is hard to work with and rude. Tried to pay a bill on a property that is in my name and she would not do it because I did not open the account. Likes conflict as previously stated. Was rude to my 2 other partners that spoke with her previously.

        These folks are great. I've never met Julie in person but I feel like she's my chum. Whenever I need to call, she knows exactly who I am and greets me warmly. I've called with frozen locks, needing extra pick ups, whatever - I always feel like I have a friend on the other end of the line who is willing to help.
